Your account

To make a purchase on the website you must be registered. When you register with us you must provide us with certain information. We use this information to send items that you purchase from us to you and to stay in touch with you (including about your order). Please make sure the information you give to us is accurate and advise us if any of this information changes. You must keep any user name and password confidential. We are entitled to assume that anyone using your name and password is you and you are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account under your log-in details.

Buying items online

We aim to be as accurate as possible when describing items on the site, but occasionally there may be minor errors or discrepancies in our descriptions. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased from us, please return for a full refund or exchange. Conditions apply, see our returns policy.

Our prices

All prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. While we try to ensure all prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the pricing of any items you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or a full refund.

Your payment

We use a secure online payment system and can accept payment by Visa and Mastercard. By placing an order with us you warrant that you are over 18 and the card holder or have the authority of the card holder to place the order.

Order and dispatch confirmation

We will send you an automatically generated order confirmation to your nominated email address on payment.

While our computer system is generally accurate at showing stock levels, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy. If we no longer have an item in stock , we will advise you as soon as possible and give you a full refund.

We will also send you an email when we dispatch your order.

We will include your invoice when we pack your items. If you do not receive the invoice with your items, please contact us.

Delivery

We deliver NZ wide. We charge a fee of $13.00 per order for orders under $150 and delivery for orders  $150 and over is free.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. While we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates, the items are normally delivered within NZ 1-3 days from dispatch. If delivery is to a rural address delivery may take an additional 1-2 days.

We use couriers with a track and trace function to deliver items, because of this we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Click and collect

All our items qualify for click and collect unless stated otherwise. We will email you once your item is available instore for you to collect. We cannot guarantee that the items you ordered will always be available. If the items you ordered are no longer available we will contact you to let you know.

Our liability

We will meet our obligations to you under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, under these Terms and our return policy. However we will not be liable to you or any other person for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage of any kind arising out of or attributable to your use of or inability to access this site (including for any loss or damage caused by or attributable to any malicious code of any kind, or your reliance on any information published on this website).
