Delivery takes 3-5 working days to most New Zealand destinations or longer if there are public holidays. Please note all delivery times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.

The parcel can be delivered to your home or work. To ensure you are available to collect your purchase when it is delivered, we recommend that you enter your daytime or business address for your shipping details. Parcels must be signed for. Items can only be sent to a physical address not PO Boxes or Private Bags.

A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Please remember that during very busy times, delivery may take longer and any delays in the postal service are out of our control. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay.

Please note at sale time due to a high volume of orders, some orders may take 6-10 business days to process and ship. 

Delivery Charges

New Zealand Delivery.

Free standard delivery on all New Zealand orders $150.00 and over. If order is UNDER $150.00 or on SALE then a $13 courier fee applies.

To ensure your purchases reach you safely we require a signature on delivery, please ensure you are shipping to an address that will have someone available to sign for your parcel.

International Shipping.

Orders to Australia are charged $35 NZ plus any applicable taxes or duty charged in Australia . Parcels will be dispatched through NZ Post by courier and can take 5 - 10 days. Your tracking information will be sent to you upon fulfillment of your order.
